DANIELLE Armstrong felt like a "huge mess" before her recent weight loss.
The former Towie star has lost a stone in 12 weeks with the help of new boyfriend Daniel Spiller, and on Sunday night she posted a before and after picture on Instagram to show off her transformation.
She also took to Snapchat to explain to her followers how she was feeling at the time of her 'before picture'.
She said: "Do you guys remember when we were in Palma and filming for Towie?
"I remember feeling uncomfortable in my body and felt like all the new girls came into the show, they were all like skinny girls and I felt like a huge mess.

"There was pictures of me around the pool and obviously we didn't know there was paps,and some people think 'well you're not even big' but for me I felt the worst.

She continued: "I think from that moment from seeing those pictures, I had to be honest with myself that I wasn't happy at all, I wasn't happy in the relationship I was in at the time, so that reflects on everything, I was eating really bad.
"I was in a little rut, drinking all the time at the weekends, not having breakfast then bingeing late at night and I knew something had to change."
