Revealed! Katrina Kaif’s diet plan and workout routine

B Town's diva Katrina Kaif has a body to envy for, but the actress works out hell to have that sexy body.

Dailybhaskar got in touch with her international fitness trainer Reza Katani, who is responsible behind her perfect curves.

Reza owns a health club in London and was very co operative with us while talking about Miss Kaif's fitness secrets,diet plan and workout routine.Read On..

1. When did you meet Katrina and how did she become your client?

 I have been a personal training coach for many years and I was approached by Katrina's team to assist her in corrective movement patterns. She flew me out the next day to Ireland where they were filming on a set of EK the tiger and we trained for the first time and since then I have been by her side assisting her on her amazing journey as the no.1 Bollywood star.

2. Since when did you become a fitness trainer?

 I have been a personal training coach since before I can remember and even before that I was always excited about wellbeing, having a healthy lifestyle and helping others. I would say I have over 15 years experience currently training my clients at Park View Health Clubs in London. And traveling with the Bollywood elite around the world.

3. What is Katrina's fitness routine?

Katrina loves to do functional training which involves a mixture of routines incorporating kettle bells, trx, bosu and sand bags. We also mix in a bit of muscle training to give that edge and this is tailor made for her body type and her personality

4. What is her daily diet routine? (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Katrina is very good with her diet and sticks to her plan, a real professional and determined lady.She starts her day with porridge or eggs (white) with her herbal tea and then she tries to eat clean every 4-5 hrs depending on her schedule

Sometimes people don't understand how hard this is. She will eat lean meats chicken, Salmon, tune etc with good carbs eg, sweet potatoes, and vegetables but this is determined by where she is, dinner will consist of the same things  when all else false there's always porridge and eggs and I know there are times when this has had to happen.
