Happy, healthy cycles workshop on Sunday 7/19 from 4-6pm

Join Kirsten Cowan from Angelica and Peony and Denise Cicuto of Cicuto Acupuncture for this free "Happy, Healthy Cycles" workshop on Sunday July 19th from 4-6pm at Back to Life Wellness Center, 1505 Webster Street in Alameda.

They'll have advice on diet, exercise, herbal medicine to help you go with the flow, naturally. It promises to be a fun evening talking about some not so fun monthly problems. Plus you'll get learn some do-it-yourself home remedies with 'flaming mugwort' and healing oils from Angelica and Peony.
